The board of directors was composed of Francisco Salgado, Rector of the University of Azuay; Martha Cobos, Academic Vice Chancellor; Jacinto Guillén, Vice Chancellor for Research, Margarita Proaño, director of the project and one of the authors of the work.

The words of welcome were given by Francisco Salgado, in which he extended his congratulations to the authors: Juana Zamora, Mariuxi Montero, Cristina Pérez, Mery Calderón, Piercósimo Tripaldi and Margarita Proaño, for the fieldwork and research carried out for the creation of UDA 0, this being a very important contribution for students and professionals in the area.

Then Martha Cobos intervened, who addressed those present to discuss the work and share their experience with the guests.

"In this book topics such as language, observation, signs and symptoms of developmental milestones have been explained in a clear and simple way from the year to 6 years of the child," said Cobos.

At the end of Cobos, Margarita Proaño spoke to make the official presentation of the book:

“This work is the result of an arduous investigation to be able to deliver a local test prepared by investigations of our university for the children of Zone 6. UDA 0 has this name in honor of our university, and 0 for being the beginning of this intervention "

Before concluding the event, those present were told that the work is available for download for free on the University's publications page.
