"Art. 3.- Purpose: The evaluation process is aimed at prioritizing reflection, dialogue, learning, and accompaniment to achieve improvement in teacher performance, and will contribute to strengthening institutional efficiency and effectiveness in order to guarantee the quality of the Academic Offer. "

"Art. 12.- Actors of the general performance evaluation: All the professors, researchers, those in charge of programs related to society and those in charge of academic management of the University will be evaluated, according to the following weighting assigned to each of the actors. :
