Conference on "Main Lines of Jurisprudence in Labor Matters"

On September 28, the first conference on "Main lines of the Jurisprudence in Labor Matters issued by the National Court of Justice" was held, by Dr. Katherine Muñoz Subía, Judge of the Specialized Labor Chamber of the National Court of Justice. Justice.

"The National Court of Justice has jurisdiction to hear and resolve cassation appeals by virtue of the challenge to the judgments of the Provincial Court of Justice of the country," said Muñoz, as an introduction to the conference, and added:

"When one of the parties considers that there has been a challenge to the law in the resolution, through the grounds for cassation, the judges can know if there was a legal infraction or not."
