School of Systems Engineering presents project at ExpoTIC fair

The School of Systems and Telematics Engineering participated in the 7 and 8 in June at the ExpoTIC fair in Quito, aimed at suppliers, wholesalers and buyers of technology.

This year for the first time within the fair an exclusive sector was designated for the Academy, in order to link the universities with the business sector, from exhibitions of technology projects with business applications

UDA professors Catalina Astudillo, Juan Manuel Maldonado and Andrés Paute presented the ERP project, which allows management and planning of the manufacturing process, control of product inventories and their movements and an optimization of accounting processes.

The School's project also facilitates obtaining and calculating the costs of manufactured products, the management of sales of manufactured products, the procurement of supplies and raw materials, portfolio management and collection, management information and the management of human talent.

The system is adaptable to different types of industries and businesses.
