The Faculties of Philosophy and Legal Sciences inaugurated the Academic Center Tutorial

This April 25 was opened the Tutorial Academic Center of the Faculties of Legal Sciences and Philosophy of the University of Azuay, located in the 109 classroom of the Philosophy building, a few meters from the ASO of Legal Sciences.

The event was attended by the Rector of the University, the Deans of the faculties and also some teachers.

This academic center will serve teachers and students who want to integrate a research project and for students who are finishing their thesis or a degree project and require the help of a professor.

“I believe that this space now is for students to be part of the research that the University can publish; together with the teachers they can get to do big projects ”, said Rector Francisco Salgado.

"The most important for us is not the research but the quality of education we provide our students," he added.

José Chalco, Dean of the Faculty of Legal Sciences, commented that it is important to provide students with a space where they can study, investigate, create a closer relationship with their teachers and students.

The Faculty of Legal Sciences meets this April 30 years of its foundation and the Academic Center is a new achievement for its teachers and students.
