Diana del Valle, PhD
Medical Surgeon, Master in Public Health from the T.H Chan School of Harvard University, with emphasis on clinical effectiveness, gender and health. Currently, she is a Research Fellow of the Program in Global Surgery and Social Change at Harvard Medical School and a Teaching Fellow at Harvard College of Medical Anthropology, where she seeks to teach her students social justice in health and equity. Her research focuses on the macroeconomic burden of trauma in middle-income GDP countries, health disparities, and the effects of gender-based violence.
