Procedure for applying the "Solidarity Grant 2020".

REQUIREMENTS FOR SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
Economic and patrimonial information of the family group
1. Original certificate from the Property Registrar of the Cuenca canton of the properties owned by the applicant's parents, issued in the last 360 days. According to the properties that appear in the appraisals of the properties on the website of the GAD Municipality of Cuenca, for the city of Cuenca it is at the following link: http://www.cuenca.gob.ec/?q=page_avaluos (The consultation must be made with the identification number of the father and mother of the student).
2. Copy of the identity card of the members of the family group.
3. Copy of the proof of payment of the municipal property tax of the last year.
4. If the applicant's parents do not reside in the Cuenca canton, they must also present a certificate from the property registrar and a copy of the payment of the municipal properties in their canton of residence.
5. Certificate conferred by the National Transit Agency on the ownership of vehicles corresponding to the parents of the applicant, issued in the last 30 days.
6. Copies of the license plates of the vehicles owned by the parents of the applicant (Record the value of the appraisal set in the license plate).
7. Income tax declaration for the year 2019 presented to the Internal Revenue Service (SRI), corresponding to the applicant, his parents and spouse (when applicable). This certificate is obtained by printing from the SRI website.
8. In the case of not having declared taxes, present the payment roll for the last three months, certified by the employer. As in the previous case, it is the certificate of the applicant, his spouse and the petitioner's parents corresponding to the last 3 months.
9. Those who have not declared their taxes in the SRI or do not have the payment roles, must present an affidavit (made to a notary) of annual income and expenses, made before a competent authority. Summary information must be done with two witnesses before a notary or judge.
10. Those who receive alimony must submit a printed screen capture of the amount they receive monthly from the SUPA website at the following link: http://supa.funcionjudicial.gob.ec/pensiones/publico/consulta.jsf

  It is important that the documents described are completed so that the socioeconomic file can be filled out.
  
  After filling out your form, check the registered values, since, in the event of incomplete, adulterated or false information, the application will not be processed.
INSTRUCTION FOR OBTAINING THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR THE SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
1. Fill the Socioeconomic Card , which can be accessed through the link located on the website of the University.
  
  The form must be filled with the wealth and income information of the applicant's parents.
Asset information of the student's parents
1. Copy of the identity card of the members of the family group, including the student.
2. Enter the following link: http://t.ly/9J2Yk, of the Municipality of Cuenca, enter the ID number of the father and mother of the student or spouse, if applicable. With the result of each query, take a screenshot and print it.
3. Obtain the original certificate of possession of property from the Property Registry of the Cuenca canton of the property owned by the student's parents, issued in the last 360 days. If the student's parents do not reside in the Cuenca canton, a certificate must be presented from the Property Registry of the canton of residence.
  
  If the property or properties are of the conjugal society, the name of the father and mother of the applicant must be stated, otherwise it will be presented separately.
  
  If you have several properties, they must be included in the certificate, otherwise the number of individual certificates must be presented based on the number of existing properties.
4. Copy of the proof of payment of the municipal property tax of the last year, depending on the place where you obtained the certificate of possession of property (Record the value of the appraisal of the properties in the field "Appraisal Properties" in the socioeconomic file).
5. Obtain the certificate conferred by the National Transit Agency indicating the ownership of vehicles. Said document must have been issued in the last 30 days and must be from the father and mother of the student separately, whether they own a vehicle or not. In the city of Cuenca, said certificate is obtained from EMOV.
6. Copy of the vehicle registration (Register the appraisal described in the registration in the socioeconomic file). If the species does not have the appraisal, you must enter the following link: http://t.ly/MMr59 and print the query.
7. Take a screenshot of the investment registry of the Superintendency of Companies portal at the following link: https://appscvs1.supercias.gob.ec/consultaPersona/consulta_cia_param.zul. Enter the option "People consultation" and enter the identity number of the father and mother separately, whether or not they own shares in companies.

Proof of income of the student's parents
1. Income is justified by one of the following options:
  
  Present the last three payment roles and record the average of total income without considering expenses.
  
  Income tax declaration for the immediately previous year (form 102), printed from the Internal Revenue Service portal (the Taxable Base must be registered in the socioeconomic file).
  
  If you do not have the income tax declaration or the payment roles, you must present an affidavit information (made where a notary with 2 witnesses) indicating the activity you are engaged in and the annual income and expenses of home.
  
  If one of the student's parents does not work or is not present at home, an affidavit must be presented (made at a notary's office) explaining this, as the case may be.
  
  The socioeconomic file must be filled with the data according to the justification of income that you present.
2. In the event that the student receives alimony, a screenshot must be made of the amount received monthly from the SUPA portal at the following link: http://t.ly/PMrOX (This value must be detailed in the socioeconomic record as the student's monthly income).
