Presentation of the book "Atlas Cantonal de Gualaceo"

On December 12, at the Honor Hall of the University of Azuay, the presentation of the book "Cantonal Atlas of Guacaleo" by the author Paúl Alvarado was made.

Alvarado is a cartographer and technician in the GAD Municipal de Gualaceo, province of Azuay.

The board of directors was composed of Francisco Salgado, Rector of the University; Gustavo Vera, Mayor of Gualaceo; Paúl Alvarado, author of the work; Omar Delgado, Director of IERSE, and Paúl Ochoa, Director of the project.

The Rector Francisco Salgado thanked the guests for their presence and took the opportunity to extend their congratulations to the author and the project director for presenting this complete work for the use of students, professionals and the general public.

The "Cantonal Atlas of Guacaleo" thus becomes the last work published this 2019 by the Editorial House of the University of Azuay.

Throughout this year, 38 printed books with their respective electronic publications have been published.
