Pre professional practice commitment ceremoy

On October 1st, the University of Azuay, together with its Language Department, held a uniform presentation ceremony for the students of the Pedagogy of National and Foreign Languages program, who are about to begin their pre-professional internships.

The event was attended by university authorities, faculty members, students, as well as family members, friends of the participants, and the general public.

The ceremony began with remarks from our Rector, who emphasized the importance of holding such events as a way to recognize the effort and dedication of the students. He also wished them success in this new stage of their careers and reminded everyone of the importance of maintaining a spirit of service to the community.

Magali Arteaga, coordinator of the School of Pedagogy of National and Foreign Languages, addressed the audience by highlighting that the presenting of the uniforms symbolizes not only academic readiness, but also the commitment and values that each student will carry with them. She also wished them great success as they embark on this new chapter.

The event then continued with the symbolic presenting of uniforms to our students.

In conclusion, Pedro Molina, a student of said major, highlighted that this is a meaningful moment in their academic journey. Through this symbolic act, the University expresses its trust in them, allowing them to take  the knowledge they have gained to various institutions in the city and to actively contribute in the fields in which they have been trained.
