- Medical care for students, administrators and teachers with extension to spouses and children under 25, in the area of:

  • Family Medicine
  • Pediatrics
  • Gynecology
  • Psychology
  • Psychiatry

- The medical assessment that requires interconsultation can be referred from the UDA offices, according to agreement (MSP Rate) to the following specialties, prior assessment by a family doctor of Red UDA.

- Pediatric care for the Assumption, Pius XII, Sacred Heart and CEIAP, can be scheduled by parents.

The short-term projection will be to increase coverage to family members of the university community and other groups by right.

The long-term projection will be medical assistance and emergency care to the entire university community.

The patients that are attended in the UDA Health Network may be referred to hospitalization and interconsultations with the doctors of the Hospital Universitario del Río.

The psychology area since days ago by request of HVCM Teaching and Research, and considering the mental health of the professionals who are working in this sentinel hospital for COVIT-19, is granting its contingent to the health personnel of this entity .

The preventive medical care offered by the UDA Health Network will be free of charge.



NEDI, as a commitment to bond with the community, provides care to children at risk and warning signs of altered development. At the moment, the consultation is given for individuals, however, more and more doctors are added who send the medical records to monitor and control those cases that have been detected in the different health centers.



  • The attention is for:
  • Born underweight
  • Premature
  • Hyperbilirubinemia
  • Hypothyroidism
  • Hemorrhage or brain damage
  • Neonatal asphyxia (Low Appar)
  • Síndrome de Down
  • CNS malformations. Hydrocephalus Microcephaly
  • Sepsis, encephalitis or meningitis
  • Seizures
  • Signs of neuromadurative delay
  • Alterations in postural reactions



  • In this case they are:
  • Asymmetry of movements between the two halves of the body
  • Delay in keeping the head firm: 3 months
  • Hands in fist: more than 3 months
  • Lean on elbows: 3-4 months
  • Roll: 6 months
  • Delay in:
    • Sit without support: 6 months
    • Crawl: 8 months
    • Stand: 10 months
    • Walking: 12- 13 months
    • Constant drooling after 8 months
    • Throw objects frequently after 8 months
    • Looking at each other's hands continuously after 6 months




The invitation is open to parents and doctors who require early care services for high-risk children between 0 months and 2 years. Business hours are Monday through Friday 08h00 to 10h00 and from 16h00 to 18h00.


It should be remembered that the pillars of an early intervention or stimulation are based on early detection and, therefore, timely of the first manifestations of a developmental disorder or deviations from normality and / or risk situations beginning, from the moment from birth and continuing in the following stages.
