UDA presented legal science magazine

The University of Azuay (UDA) yesterday presented the Journal of the Faculty of Legal Sciences. This is the number 1, and the topic that is treated is this edition is Visions of Interculturality.

José Chalco, dean of this faculty, is the author of one of the articles: Freedom of Expression and Democracy, in which he deals with topics such as the levels of influence of social networks.

According to Chalco, these platforms and mobile devices have an inevitable and conclusive impact on society, its institutions, education, interpersonal relations and politics.

It also recognizes the benefits, among others, direct, concrete contents, easy to understand, in addition to simultaneous communication between thousands and even millions of people, and information in real time.

Other authors of this magazine are: María Cristina Serrano, Mónica Martínez Sojos, Pablo Orellana, Andrés Durán, Andrés Coronel, Clasina Calderón, María Elisa Ochoa, and some other students.

The editorial committee is made up of teachers from this study center, such as: Silvana Tapia, Ana Isabel Malo, Sebastián López, Diana García and Matías Abad. The correction of style is in charge of Verónica Neira.
