They raise prizes for the use of urban bus

Encouraging the use of public transport is the objective of the "Movimillas" project, which will allow for miles or points to be added for each debit of the "Movilízate" card.
Jennifer Guzmán, Alejandra Ortiz and Juan Cordero, students of the School of Architecture; and Francisco Vicuña, from the School of Organizational Psychology at the University of Azuay (UDA), are the creators of the project that won the "Hackathon de Movilidad" contest with the theme: "Mobility and public transport, what are the challenges of our city? ", which was fulfilled in December of the 2018.
The proposal consists of a rewards program for the use of public transportation, to accumulate more miles that will later be exchanged for prizes, trips and other incentives.
The young people have already met with the representatives of the Cuenca Transport Chamber (CTC), the Municipality, the EMOV EP, as well as with sponsors and sponsors to generate the action plan. It is estimated that the tests begin next July.
