INPC and UDA seek to preserve heritage

Establishing the technical and scientific cooperation that enables the mutual transfer of knowledge, experiences and information inherent to the integral management of cultural heritage, as a whole, was the reason for the agreement signed between the University of Azuay and the National Institute of Cultural Heritage, INPC .


Francisco Salgado, rector of the University of Azuay, said that the object of the agreement will preserve the heritage so, through the Faculty of Design, Architecture and Arts, is rebuilt and rehabilitated the Perez House, a heritage home of the city .


The executive director of the INPC, Joaquín Moscoso, indicated that "the institution is committed, through this agreement, to collaborate in research, training and technological development projects". 
It will provide the necessary information for the execution of research studies.
