Comprehensive design merges to create a global approach

Comprehensive design incorporates design from all areas and provides a global approach. 

Interior, exterior, graphic and object design, to name a few, merge in the person of Geovanny Serrano Valdivieso to create what is now known as integral design. "To carry out this comprehensive design, I first develop the concept, that is, the project (business or premises or entrepreneurship)," explains the professional.

For this, a study is carried out analyzing the target, target audience and based on this, the main idea of ​​what is sought with the business or premises is developed. The analysis also takes into account the area, segment, and market. With the study, some design proposals (interior, real estate, graphic) are obtained to start with the remodeling.

Geovanny Serrano has several years of design experience. In 2003, he graduated from the University of Azuay and is also a Master in Interior Design, graduated from the University of Spain. From his childhood he was already involved in this facet, since his family was a furniture manufacturer for a recognized company in the city; At the beginning he worked with them and from 2015 he became independent to promote his own brand that is currently known as In Design by Geovanny Serrano.

The integral design ranges from the corporate image to the corporate identity. "The corporate image is everything that is expressed from the door of a premises to the outside, that is the logo, management of social networks, everything that is shown to the public and does not reach the interior of the premises," he points out.

Once the concept is designed, the corporate image is developed, it is passed to the corporate identity. "It is the concept but from the inside, using the colors, the chromatic that was used in the corporate image so that it is present in the forms of furniture, in the forms, that which expresses feelings to turn into something cozy", he explains.

Finally, Geovanny Serrano's work extends beyond creation and accompanies the company or business for three months after obtaining the final product. 

1. Geovanny Serrano Valdivieso is a specialist in integral design. He graduated from the Universidad del Azuay, completed a Master's degree and also has knowledge in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. He joined this profession because his family had a company dedicated to the manufacture of furniture.

2. He worked as a teacher at the Faculty of Graphic Design and Visual Communication of the UNITA University, of the subjects of Shop Windows and Interior Design and Digital Geometry. He has also given conferences and training courses for personnel with Neuro-Linguistic Programming techniques.

3. He has carried out several projects at the local and national level, including banks, television channels, commercial premises, boutiques, restaurants, private and public companies. Added to this is the manufacture and sale of furniture for interior design projects.

4. For the creation of a design or redesign, you need the client to share his ideas and explain what he requires. It is a design in conjunction with both the client and the professional. At the discretion of the professional, it is not something that is imposed but something that is born from joint ideas.
