Communication appointment inaugurates the UDA

An investigation conducted at 54 companies in Ecuador and 146 in Brazil revealed that, on average, an 43% of firms in the country do not have a Sustainability Department; Brazilians have a little more advancement.

Also, less than 20% of companies issue Sustainability reports and in many of them it is believed that it is activity to increase sales.
However, Sustainability is a work practice, related to the environment, which consists of the use of resources, so that they can be maintained over time.

The alliance of Communication with Sustainability is one of the topics that will be discussed at the International Congress for Communication, organized by the University of Azuay, and which opens today.

Start with "Tinta Tinto" a student meeting, while presentations with national and international speakers will be tomorrow and Friday. There will be 40 presentations on strategic communication, communication and marketing, journalism and citizenship, new technologies and communication, as well as workshops and forums.

The inscriptions are to the 08: 00 and the conferences from the 08: 30. A book on Sustainability will be launched, an investigation in which María Aparecida Ferrari, speaker at this seminar, participated.
