Our Lady of Cisne unites Cuenca's universities in Marian devotion
On May 21, the University of Azuay, along with the University of Cuenca, the Salesian Polytechnic University, and the Catholic University of Cuenca, participated as priors in the Eucharist for the pilgrimage of the image of the Virgin of Cisne.
The event was attended by authorities and members of our academic community and other universities in the city, members of the Archdiocese of Cuenca, and the general public.
This emotional gathering was a manifestation of faith and hope among Cuenca's higher education institutions, which united in an act of Marian devotion and commitment to spiritual and community values.
