"Life tea listen"
The March 11 students from the University of Azuay returned to the classrooms and were received by the authorities with a glass of tea.
Tea was the symbol of the Life Program, which seeks the integration of the members of the university community.
"This community is characterized by continuous learning that trains professionals capable of transforming the world and that transformation begins every day with each one of us, whether you are a student, a teacher, an administrative staff, CEIAP or the Asunción Educational Unit," he explained. With a tea you always get better a problem, a pleasant conversation, a conflict, or just a conversation, for that reason, the tea became a symbol of the campaign that has as slogan "Life Tea listens", with which it emphasizes the fact that we all learn, we all improve and for that spaces are generated to accompany us in this process.
With this symbol -and with phrases such as Vida Tebe listen, Vida Tea accompanies, Vida Té comprehends, Vida Te helps solve concerns, Vida Te invites you to be part of something great: an integral human being- the UDA invited its students to take a tea in our different spaces: Gender Department, FORMA Project, PAS Project, MiUDA, Department of Culture, Recreation.
Tea Culture Unit provides cultural activities, affirming national identity and promoting plurinationality and interculturality. Attend and enjoy art.
Department of Gender Tea proposes the search for equity between men and women members of the university community and of society in general. In cases related to these issues of violation of equity, this department teaches and accompanies the processes in the psychological, legal or social.
Project FORMA Té facilitates adaptation to the university environment, through the Life Training Project that is carried out with the support of teachers, administrative staff and students towards the new members of the university community, especially in the first cycles.
Project "PAS" Tea invites volunteering, coordinated by the Department of Pastoral, it is a project of social and spiritual action; seeks to promote values that help the integral development of the human person in the different areas of his life (human, spiritual, social, academic, work). Among his activities is on Thursday of 07h00 to 08h00 the celebration of mass and a moment of reflection.
Recrea Tea Exercises It supports sports and recreation activities.
"In all these projects you can approach to ask for support, or you can be part of the group to support others; also remember that there is a code of ethics and a protocol for action in cases of abuse, harassment or violence. We give ourselves the luxury of dreaming and of making dreams come true, Tea invite you to share your dreams with us ", concluded the Academic Vice-Rector.
