A master's degree to broaden the vision of human talent

The Postgraduate Department of the Universidad del Azuay has its registration open for new academic offers until August 14.

One of these programs, which is already in its second version, is the Master in Human Talent Management, which in this edition extends for 12 months (one module per month).

The master's degree is mainly aimed at professionals with organizational psychologist degrees, lawyers, industrial engineers, business administrators, but also people who are linked to the area of human talent in their day-to-day work, regardless of their degree.

"From my perspective," says Leonardo Carpio, head of the program, "the master's degree has the advantage that it seeks for teachers to acquire a broad vision of human talent management, allowing them to directly impact the strategy of their companies."

To achieve this objective, the master's degree not only has teachers from different parts of the world, but also implements different methodologies that help the learning take place in the best way.

"That is why we are not opting, not only for an online model, but we are going to open face-to-face modules (when the situation allows it) to teach those classes that require experiential methodologies," Carpio concluded.
