Workers of the UDA visit the Rector after the improvement in their working conditions

On January 6 Wednesday, workers from the University of Azuay visited the Rector, Francisco Salgado, to express his gratitude for the improvement of their working conditions.

"We are excited because we have dedicated years to this Institution and it is the first time that there has been such a significant increase, this encourages us and motivates us to put our shoulders because our work is recognized in a fair way," said Pedro Cáceres, representing the workers.

The Rector expressed gratitude for the visit and was emphatic in emphasizing that the most important thing of the University of Azuay are the people.

"It fills me with emotion to have you gathered here and to hear your feeling; it is about doing things well, not only with words, but with actions, we must do what must be done, by and for people, because our University is the community that makes it up ".

Salgado added that in the University "we are all partners, we are the same with different roles, but we all go hand in hand for the same objectives".

To conclude the meeting, the Rector encouraged everyone to work with a spirit of enthusiasm for the University.
