Linkage project for handling industrial machines

On November 23, the inauguration of the project to link the Faculty of Administration Sciences and the Avanzar Foundation called "Workshop School in Industrial Machine Management" was held.

The project is aimed at 20 women belonging to the Avanzar Foundation, to train them in the handling of these machines.

"It fills us with pride and enthusiasm to be able to contribute to strengthening the skills of women who are committed to seeking a better quality of life and progress for their families," said Ximena Moscoso, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Administration.

For her part, Marcela Castillo, Director of Avanzar, highlighted the importance of starting a new stage of learning in the midst of a global crisis, with the illusion that characterizes every beginning:

"We are no longer from scratch, we have walked hand in hand with the best, we definitely have that capacity to adapt to change, we have that capacity for joy in the midst of difficulties."

To end the event, Pedro Guerrero, Project Director, said that the students have demonstrated their commitment to continuous learning from the very beginning.

"We, as teachers, will do our best to make this project of great benefit to their well-being and personal growth."
