Christmas at the University of Azuay
On December 22 in the Clara and Francisco de Asís Chapel of the University of Azuay, the Christmas Eucharist was held to celebrate this moment of profound spirituality and joy in community.
The event was attended by authorities, teachers and administrative staff of our institution, the entire university dressed up to celebrate the arrival of the Christ Child in each heart.
It is important to mention that during the week the University together with its Pastoral Department have carried out the Novena called “The road that leads to Bethlehem”, in addition to being a space for reflection and sharing, each Faculty has put its grain of sand so that each day of the novena is unique and special.
At the end of the Eucharist, the traditional Christmas basket was delivered and a sharing took place with all those present.
May this season be an opportunity to share, to be messengers of hope and love, and to remember that in the light of Christmas, we can find the promise of a full and meaningful life.
