Book "Proceedings of the 2023 Research Symposium"

On October 29, the University of Azuay and its Publishing House presented the book “Memories of the 2023 Research Symposium”, an event in harmony with the Sustainable Development Goals, specifically Goal 4: Quality education.

The event was attended by authorities, teachers and researchers from our university community and the general public. 

The book contains the summaries of the papers presented at the Research Symposium held for the first time by the University of Azuay in November 2023. These papers, summarized in the presentations during the symposium, cover different topics and are related to the studies carried out by the research groups at our University.  

The welcoming remarks were made by Carla Hermida, director of the Postgraduate Department, who expressed her satisfaction and mentioned that this book is a guide for researchers and compiles not only relevant information but also the knowledge of the efforts of different people who have worked on this publication. 

The book was launched by Raffaella Ansaloni, Vice-Rector for Research and compiler of the book, who said that this book allows us to learn about what the university community does and promotes interdisciplinarity and the search for holistic solutions to the problems that affect our common home and society as a whole.
