Launch of the Violence Prevention Guide

The University of Azuay and its Publishing House launched on March 4 the three volumes of the Violence Prevention Guide, directed by Martha Cobos, Academic Vice-Rector, and María Fernanda Coello.

The first volume, written by Mateo Quizhpe and Andrea Tora, is titled “Positive coexistence for preschoolers”.

The second, “Positive coexistence for school-age boys and girls,” was written by Dayana Crespo and Camila Urigüen.

The authors of the third volume, “Positive coexistence for adolescents”, are Juliana Malo and María Paz Jara.

The topics range from how to maintain a healthy relationship between children, tweens and adolescents, to how to avoid violent behavior among them and towards other people such as parents and teachers.
