The UDA celebrated Christmas

On December 22, the university community celebrated a Eucharist in honor of the Christmas holidays.

The religious celebration took place in the Clara and Francisco de Asís Chapel, located in front of the TECH Campus of the University.

The event was attended by the current and elected authorities of the institution, deans and sub-deans of the different faculties, departmental directors, as well as professors and administrators.

“For all those who have contributed to the construction of the University of Azuay, we say thank you. We will continue working for our University, Merry Christmas ”, was mentioned during the Eucharist as part of the message of the Pastoral group of the UDA towards the attendees.

The Eucharist proceeded normally and the offerings were delivered by educational representatives disguised as religious figures.

At the end of the religious act, a small Christmas concert was held in the front of the chapel, with the presence of the Tuna from the University of Azuay and the presentation of the Senior Lyric Duet, made up of Jorge Regalado and Darwin Zúñiga.

The Christmas concert took place simultaneously with the delivery of the Christmas baskets, present that the University of Azuay delivered to approximately 800 people.
