Speakers focused on four key concepts: justice, respect, agreement and diversity. He motivated the participants to understand that leadership is not limited to occupying a specific position, but can be manifested through small actions and participation mechanisms at any time. The meaning and value of respect for the constitutional order was highlighted for the flourishing of a harmonious society that understands a culture of peace.

The speakers highlighted the importance of aspiring for a peaceful society and promoting a holistic view of society for effective leadership. This space offers a valuable opportunity for training and participation in areas that are often not addressed in the classroom, but that are essential for the personal and professional development of attendees as part of the program of the University of Azuay and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation.
