On October 25, a meeting of great importance was held where three strategic agreements were formalized. The primary objective of these agreements was to establish business alliances aimed at facilitating the labor insertion of young people participating in the Youth Employability program. This program's mission is to provide young people with training processes that allow them to access the world of work in a fair and dignified manner.

SOS Children's Villages in Ecuador stands out for a significant initiative that seeks to empower adolescents over 16 years of age and young people. Its focus is on enhancing skills and competencies necessary for employment.

At this event, the rector of the University of Azuay, Francisco Salgado, signed three specific agreements. They were established with the purpose of creating a general framework that will govern inter-institutional cooperation relations between SOS Children's Villages and the University.

These relationships are oriented towards the planning, programming and execution of joint activities that cover academic and professional training, scientific research and the generation of social connection projects. All this with the aim of contributing to the solution of the problems that plague the country and Ecuadorian society as a whole.

The importance of generating business alliances and working hand in hand with institutions and organizations lies in the possibility of offering valuable mentoring and internships for adolescents, as well as internships and employment opportunities for young people.

In addition, these agreements also contemplate financial contributions that will promote the training processes, benefiting both adolescents and young people participating in the program.
