Quichua thought in the field of Human Sciences; a talk given by Fabián Potosí

On November 6, the Permanent Chair of Anthropology, its School of Anthropology and the Open Chair of Humanistic Studies of the University of Azuay organized the talk entitled "Quichua thought in the field of Human Sciences", presented by the speaker Fabián Potosí Cachimuel.

Potosí Cachimuel is a recognized expert in the field of Andean linguistics and who holds a Doctorate in Philosophy awarded by the prestigious University of Granada. His extensive academic career and commitment to promoting indigenous culture and knowledge have made him a leading figure in his field.

Throughout his career, he has held teaching roles at various universities in both Cuenca and Quito, sharing his extensive knowledge and experience with future generations of anthropologists and linguists. 

The event that took place shows the institution's continued commitment to promoting cultural diversity and intercultural knowledge, by providing a platform for discussion and learning in the field of Social Sciences, especially with regard to Quichua thought. 

The presence of Dr. Potosí as keynote speaker ensured that this meeting was a reference point in the exploration and understanding of indigenous perspectives in contemporary academia.
