On Thursday, February 4, the Continuing Education Department of the University of Azuay gave a free virtual talk about "Tools for Integral Well-being", moderated by Eduardo González and Xavier Muñoz.

In turn, he explained the topics to be discussed in the following virtual course on “Tools for Multidimensional Comprehensive Well-being” which will begin on March 2 and will last until April 8, and is aimed at the university community and the general public.

The interactive talk was based on eight axes: Multidimensional Model of the Human Being; Stress management; Emotional Intelligence; Breathing, Relaxation, Meditation; Physical Health; Leadership; Couple Relationship and Time Management.

Jenny Ríos, participant in the talk, thanked the Continuing Education Department for creating this type of space and giving support to the community at times like this.

Ríos indicated that "the pandemic disrupted the lives of many people, and I believe that it is very appropriate that this type of encounter exists, since we should not put aside our emotional part and give more importance to these issues such as stress, anxiety or depression".
