Application of design thinking in the service area

Thanks to the coordination between the School of Production Engineering of the Faculty of Science and Technology and the Continuing Education Department, a talk was given on March 25 on how to apply design thinking in the design of customer services.

The speaker was Paúl Esteban Crespo, professor at the School of Production Engineering.

The event was aimed at anyone who seeks to implement new trends and knowledge that are the content of this philosophy of design thinking.

In the past, companies were governed by traditional guidelines to offer customer service, however, in the last decade the concept of a very well structured service has emerged so that the customer can have positive experiences when having contact with the company .

The objective of the event was to enlighten attendees on how to satisfy this customer or consumer based on a clear sales strategy.

As the exhibitor concluded, "it is about offering a service by way of experiences".
