The UDA campus dresses in color! We are back to school and we celebrate with joy
On Monday, September 18, with a festive event in the General Auditorium of the University, the start of the academic period September 2023 - February 2024 was celebrated with great enthusiasm and the new students of the 34 courses of the University were welcomed.
The day began with an exciting performance by our band, "Blue Beats", who shared with the students a moment full of joy and music. The event was attended by authorities and teachers, who accompanied the new students in this significant event.
The academic vice-rector, Genoveva Malo, highlighted the importance of choosing a university career as one of the most crucial steps in the life of each student. In her words: "You have made one of the most important decisions of your lives, and we are here to support you on this beautiful path of learning, marked by constant effort and dedication."
In addition to the musical presentation, a detailed presentation was held on fundamental aspects of our university community, which included information on benefits, insurance and our innovative educational model and the 4+1 academic proposal, among other essential aspects.
Vice-rector Malo stressed that our educational model has the human being as its central axis, promoting a sustainable environment, an active culture, a global presence, inclusion as a priority and transformative innovation, all of this to achieve our great purpose: "to care for and transform the world."
This meeting turned out to be an inspiring and motivating experience for all of us who are part of this university community. We are excited to open our doors again and embark together on this new stage of growth and learning.
