Award ceremony for the best graduates

The ceremony of laureates with the best graduates of each school was held on October 29 at the General Auditorium of the University of Azuay, with the delivery of the “Honorato Vásquez” and presents it to the best graduate in recognition of an outstanding academic performance

During the solemn session, the University Council was present on the board of directors, teachers, students, administrators and relatives of the laureates. 

"We are a community that has formed these dear ones and these dear young people who today receive the laurel of our admiration and the prey of our immense love," said Rector Francisco Salgado and added:

“You will be our witnesses in the world, you will do good to transform it with profound sensitivity. You cannot be better just one, it is always required of others, to share with others, as you did with joy ”.

On the other hand, Viviana Calderón, graduated from Organizational Psychology, spoke on behalf of the laureates:

 “We felt really satisfied knowing that we met a great goal and that we did it in the best way since when we started this path as university students we had two options, to be good at what we did or to love it. Of course, we choose the latter. ”

Then the anthem notes of the University of Azuay were sung and later the event ended with the departure of the laureates and members of the University Council.
