"This event is a demonstration that children of different ages can always surprise us when they are better off," explained Ana Lucia Pacurucu, Director of CEIAP.

"Within the CEIAP we have children with different abilities, such as children who have hearing and visual disabilities, and children who have autism. We are grateful to parents for the trust they have given us in leaving their children in our care. I am grateful to all the teachers for the permanent work and constant support from the University of Azuay, "said Pacurucu.

This graduation marked the end of the initial level to start the entry to primary school in another educational institution. According to the director of the CEIAP, usually several parents usually choose to enroll their children in the La Asunción Educational Unit because of its closeness to CEIAP and Universidad del Azuay.

Pacurucu indicated that the CEIAP does not pretend to be a traditional nursery but to be a center of stimulation that focuses on enhancing those capacities of development at the initial level, since children have much cognitive, physical and emotional potential to develop.

"Our goal here is that children can perform better in this type of activity and that it is they who achieve their motor maturity and emotional self-control", concluded Ana Lucia Pacurucu.
