Tourism and territory analyzed in the Tourism Master of the UDA

On Friday 11 in January, the conversation on tourism and territory was held at the Universidad del Azuay, as an initial proposal to work on a strategic Plan for tourism in Cuenca.

This activity was carried out within the framework of the activities programmed by the Tourism Master of the UDA, which aims to strengthen research as a tourism and local development tool for the management and design of innovative products that are based on the study of the territory and its potentialities.

Representatives of the local tourism industry attended this discussion.

The Ministry of Tourism and the Tourism Foundation for Cuenca were present in the public sector. The representatives of the Hotel Association and the Azuay Chamber of Tourism attended the private sector.

The academics of the Tourism School and the students of the Master's Program also participated.
