Organizational Psychology conducted a discussion for students with the most outstanding alumni of the race

The May 30, the School of Organizational Psychology held the talk "The presence of Organizational Psychology as a strategic contribution", which had as exhibitors some of the most outstanding alumni of the race.

The graduates explained to the students from the fourth to the eighth cycle what it is like to leave the university and enter the labor field.

"One thing is to be in the chair and another very different when it comes to us and to learn to fight in practical life," said Monica Rodas Tobar, Coordinator of the School.

The talk took place in the Multiple Use Room of the Faculty of Administration Sciences and it lasted one hour. The exhibitors were open to all questions from the students who are still in the university.

"When you leave the university to work, you do everything until you gain experience," said one of the graduates.

After the enthusiastic reception of the attendees, the School plans to bring specialized people to the race to share their experiences with the students.
