The Digital Work Communication magazine is presented at the UDA

This Friday 25 in November presented the Journal of Communication in Digital Work Communication, an indexed publication created by the University of Vic - Central University of Catalonia and co-published by the University of Azuay.

Obra Digital is part of the Ibero-American Network of Communication and Culture Magazines (RIRCyC) and the Observatory of Scientific Journals of Social Sciences and is indexed in several databases and directories such as Latindex, Ulrichs Global Serials Directory, Erih Plus, Capes, Doaj, Recolecta, Raco, Redib.

In the presentation of the eleventh issue of the magazine (the first printed edition) the Rector of the UDA, Carlos Cordero, called the teachers of the institution to take this launch as an opportunity to present their writings in indexed journals and to "continue giving solid steps to have more specialized magazines. "

Then it was the turn of the teacher Narcisa Ullauri, Deputy Director of the publication, who recalled that "this is the first indexed magazine in which the UDA participates" and highlighted the international nature of the publication and its open access status.

Finally, Professor Juan Lazo, Assistant Director of Digital Work, took the floor, who in turn recalled the story of how the publication was born and pointed out that it has a "very wide field of academic peers from different parts of the world". 

Lazo is one of the two UDA teachers who published an article in this issue of the magazine. The other is Caroline Ávila. In the next issue there will be a publication by Professor Ullauri.

Obra Digita releases its numbers every semester: in the months of February and September.
