This course is aimed at students who are interested in learning and applying mindfulness in everyday life, in order to improve their emotional well-being, concentration and academic performance. By intentionally directing attention to the present moment, we can experience degrees of freedom from our psychology. In this elective, we will learn techniques that gradually free us from conditioning and beliefs linked to our past, as well as expectations about the future. With practice, we can have a direct experience of the NOW, opening up infinite opportunities to live fully moment by moment.

Childhood Wounds: Healing Your Inner Self

In this course, you will take a transformative journey that will allow you to understand how the voice of your inner child defines the adult you are today. You will be able to return to your own childhood, analyze your family history, the forms of communication, behavioral patterns, value systems, invisible loyalties, and transgenerational repetitions you experienced during your early years. Through personal analysis and reflection, you will be able to identify and accept the emotional imprints of childhood, undergo a process of personal reconstruction, and transform your lived experiences into strengths that sustain you and guide you toward personal development and self-realization.
