Presentation of course certificates to Planning staff

On October 18, the University of Azuay awarded training certificates to Planning staff for completing the course "Manos a la Obra: Escuela de Construcción Sostenible" (Hands on Work: Sustainable Construction School), organized by the CELA Project.
