- For the University Council and Faculty Councils, all the professors, and all the non-teaching workers of the UDA who maintain an indefinite employment contract with the institution and work in the Faculty for at least one year without interruption
- For the General Postgraduate Council, all the professors who have taught postgraduate classes in the last three years prior to the date of the call for elections and non-teaching workers of the UDA who maintain an indefinite employment contract with the institution and work in the Postgraduate Department for at least one year without interruption
