GRADE ADMISSION PROCESS -CICLO DE SEPTIEMBRE 2017 - FEBRERO 2018

Dates

  • Registration start Tuesday 02 from May to Tuesday 04 from July of 2017.

Selection process for first-cycle applicants

The selection process for applicants of the Universidad del Azuay consists of the following stages:

  4. Definitive admission exam.

1 Data registration and selection of the UDA exam date

The registration of data of the aspirants to the first cycle of the different careers is done through the website of the institution.

Applicants to the first cycle of the University of Azuay, prior to their registration of data via the Internet, must cancel the pre-registration fee ($ 50) through a deposit in the current account No. 3000135541 of Banco del Austro in the name of Universidad del Azuay, during the dates authorized for registration.

2 Selection of applicants through the UDA exam

After the registration deadline, the University will carry out a selection process through a general competences exam (basic mathematics and language) based on the manual delivered to the student in the inscriptions.

The UDA general competency exam can be taken June 24 Saturdays, 01 July and 08 July of 2017 and Sunday 9 of July of 2017.

A notification will be sent to the email account registered by the applicant with the result of this process. The sending of notifications will be made until the day Thursday 13 of July of 2017. Students who pass the UDA Exam must enroll compulsorily in the pre-university courses offered by each Faculty.


3 Registration in pre-university courses

The applicant who received the notification in his e-mail about his selection, must necessarily enroll in the pre-university course.

The registration period for the pre-university course will be from the 12 to the 20 of July of 2017, the cost will be $ 120.

Registration process for the pre-university course:

  1. Make the payment in the Bank of the Austro or in the treasury of the University with the student code sent to your email in the notification of results.
  2. After 24 working hours enter the form to select the available pre-university schedule.

After this payment deadline, the quotas of the shortlisted students who have not made the payment will be assigned.

The hours of operation of the Treasury are: 8h30 to 12h30 and from 15h00 to 19h00.

4 Definitive admission exam

Monday 7 and Tuesday 8 of August of 2017, in each faculty.

The results of the admission process will be published in the data query link on 9 and 10 days of August of 2017.

Students who pass the admission process may enroll in the first cycle.
