Occupational field

Formal education field:

The teacher of basic education plays a very important role in this field, since he is the one who carries out the educational proposal of an institution and his own. From this tendency the following professional scenarios of the teacher of basic education are proposed:

  • Inclusive basic education centers (public and private)
  • Educational units (elementary and middle level) (public and private)
  • Non-governmental educational organizations
  • Foundations and Associations for children

Field of non-formal or community education:

Conceived as the formative process that happens in other contexts that are not only those properly created to teach and learn. This field presents the excellent opportunity to build knowledge from the proximity of a community, from the value and protagonism of the culture that surrounds the subject that learns. Among the scenarios of development of the teaching profession we can mention:

    • Community projects (public and private)
    • Educational projects generated from community leaders such as Decentralized Autonomous Governments, Parochial Boards, etc.
